Businesses are in a constant quest to extend their audience reach and ensure maximum user engagement, which catalyzes their growth and provides them with the much-needed feedback to refine their products. One such company in the game industry approached us to assist them in this pursuit.
The gaming startup aimed to create a platform that would track the activity of game streamers, provide interactive challenges to stream viewers, allow viewers to challenge each other, reward challenge winners, and analyze user activity for improved engagement. This endeavor posed a significant challenge due to the necessity for seamless integration with various live streaming services and a range of games.
After extensive brainstorming and in-depth discussions with the client, we conceptualized and designed a robust system to meet their requirements. The system had dual integrations: one side connected to different streaming services, allowing viewers to respond to questions, while the other side connected with a wide variety of games.
The system also included an admin panel to manage the questions efficiently. A unique feature of this system was its ability to generate automatic questions based on game data at the end of a match, further increasing viewer engagement.
The outcome was a robust and well-designed platform that currently serves over 200,000 active users. Data reports clearly indicate that the platform positively impacts user engagement, signifying the success of our endeavor. In addition, the platform has gained recognition and support from major game vendors and influencers. This support, coupled with the platform's superior performance, continues to fuel its successful growth in the gaming industry.
